We’ve arranged a shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying at the St. Charles Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Courtyard hotels. The shuttle will run from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for pickups, and from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM for return trips. If you're staying at a nearby hotel, simply make your way to one of these hotels, and the shuttle will take you to the wedding and back after the celebration. For those driving, there is parking available at the venue.

We will begin the celebration with a cocktail and receiving line starting at 3:00 PM. The ceremony will follow at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive between 3:00 and 4:00 PM to join us for the initial festivities. There’s no need to arrive before 3:00 PM. After the ceremony, we will continue the celebration with dinner, dancing, and more festivities.

We do not have a gift registry. Instead, if you wish to give a gift, we would greatly appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon and future home. Your support means the world to us as we start this new chapter together!

The ceremony will be held on the grounds of the nature preserve, outdoors on the grass. Afterward, the reception will take place in a beautiful tent nearby, where we’ll enjoy dinner, dancing, and festivities. Please be prepared for warm late summer weather and the possibility of direct sun. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for grass and embracing the outdoorsy setting.

We have reserved seating for our invited guests only. If you have a plus one, it will be indicated on your RSVP. If you would like to request a plus one, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adult-only event. We hope you understand and can enjoy a night off!
